When to store wine

Wine can be stored when its features make it suitable for bottle aging. Such information is usually available on the label or fact sheet, but if this is not the case, bear in mind that wines of good aging potential are often reds that have been aged in oak, with good alcohol-acidity balance and strong tannins.
