Wine Description
The Story
The grapes are picked by hand from the calcareous clay soil in the Marne valley. The blend contains 40% Pinot noir, 35% Meunier and 25% Chardonnay grapes. Reserve wines account for 30%. Bottle aging after the second fermentation for about 15 months.
