Without a doubt, the Brut Nature Reserva is the most emblematic cava in our collection because it represents 45% of our sells. The word reserva means that the cava needs to mature 15 months, at least. This cava is produced with macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada. I
t’s ideal to be served with aperitifs, starters, fish and white meat.
Its scent reminds us of fruit, confectionary, flowers and vegetables. It offers a taste of yeast, fresh fruit, creaminess and, above all, a very subtle and well-integrated carbon dioxide. We don’t add sulphur taste during the disgorging process.
