The Story
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay grapes.
Production area: Veneto Region. Veronella town in the Arcole village.
Vinification: after a soft pressing of the grapes, there is a 16 hours maceration. The alcoholic fermentation happens with a temperature of 14 °C. It follows a refinement in steel tonneaux where the wine rests on the lees about two months. After the wine has an other refinement in bottles for another month.
