The Story
Blend: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Production area: Selected grapes from own property situated in the East area of Verona’s province. City: Veronella.
Vinification: Traditional pressing with 10/15 days of fermentation at a controlled temperature.The wine is passed on the dregs of “Nero d’Arcole” for 20 days. Refining in big oak of Slavonia casks for 4 months and following refining in bottles for 3 months.
