Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Slightly reductive start with hints of earthy minerality, then displaying pleasant fruit, reminiscent of starfruit, ripe apricots and hints of peaches with stinging nettles in the background. On the palate creamy texture, discreet acidity, freshness and minerality, hints of fine toasting, juicy fruit in the finish with good length.
