The Story
Vineyard: Hawke's Bay
Winemaking: Once harvested we make the wine in Hawke’s Bay to ensure we don’t compromise on the quality of the fruit by transporting it down to our winery in Marlborough. We use warmer ferments to maximise colour and flavour. The wine sits in French oak for 10 months, a mix of one to five year old barrels, of which 20% are new.
