The Story

Grape variety: Dolcetto 100%
Vineyard of origin: Vigna Bricco Mirasole® in Castiglione Falletto (CN).
Harvest period: mid-September
Vinification: Traditional fermentation with emerged cap for 6/7 days. and controlled temperature with our selected and thinned grapes. It stabilizes in concrete for 6-8 months.
Expected duration: 5/8 years.

Color: Intense ruby ​​red with a tendency to violet
Perfume: Vinous, intense, fruity, typical
Flavour: Very dry, typically bitterish, intense, elegant, balanced, full of character and texture, important.


Food pairing: It is a wine for the whole meal, recommended on white and red meats in general, soups, first courses, risottos.

Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is ruby red and deep. On the nose it is intense, youthful, charming, fresh, refined and ripe. The taste is robust,voluptuous, elegant, with silky tannins, and average in acidity, medium-bodied, with concentrated, balanced structure and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has cherry, blackberry, mineral and herbs flavours. The finish is long, round and vibrant. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 10-15 years and decant at least 2h before tasting.
