A refined and hauntingly elegant Romanée-Saint-Vivant, the 2021 from Maison Roche de Bellène is all about finesse and aromatic detail. The nose is pure and lifted, showing rose petal, violet, red cherry, wild strawberry, and subtle exotic spice. On the palate it is silky, weightless, and precise, with very fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, floral-mineral finish. A cool-vintage expression of great delicacy and inner depth.
