Carmenère di San Leonardo 2021

An excellent wine with deep purple colour and violet hue, almost black core. Very spicy nose with typical character, white pepper, gingerbread spices, hints of red peppers in the background complemented by mulberries and blackcurrant spurs, fine floral hints in the background. On the palate well structured with ripe fruit and distinct spiciness quoting the nose. Salty minerality, fine acidity and silky tannins, excellent length.
