A voluptuous and hedonistic Napa Valley classic, the Bordeaux-style BACCHANAL was crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Intense flavors of black cherry, garrigue, toffee, red currant, plum and cinnamon come to life after aging gracefully for 18 months at the Château in select French oak barrels.
This succinctly powerful wine is approachable upon release, yet will age beautifully for ten years or more....

The 2015 BACCHANAL Cabernet Sauvignon is our homage to the Roman God of Wine.
Aromas of black plum, cherry, caramel and star anise swirl in the glass while dark chocolate and complex vanilla flavors slide sublimely around a silky mouthfeel. Top notes of coconut and coffee complement youthful tannins and a long finish. Ready to enjoy immediately, or cellar for the next seven to ten years.
