The Story
Ensimmäinen käyminen tapahtuu osittain ruostumattomissa terässammioissa sekä tynnyreissä ja toinen käyminen pulloissa, joissa viini myös kypsyy hiivasakan päällä 30 kuukauden ajan. Viinin tanssittaminen tapahtuu perinteisessä tanssitustelineessä, jossa jokainen pullo saa erityisen huomion. Hiivasakan poistamisen jälkeen pullot lepäävät kellarissa kolmen kuukauden ajan ennen myyntiintuloa.
