Cuvée 30&3 NV (10's)

A gastronomic cuvée with a subtle nod to local history (33 kings crowned in Reims: 30 in the Cathedral and 3 in the Basilica), this unique blend pairs 70% Chardonnay with 30% barrel-vinified Pinot Meunier, aged over five years on the lees and finished with an extra-low 3 g/L dosage.

The nose is complex, inviting, and richly textured, opening with aromas of acacia, white peach, and quince jelly, layered with enticing autolytic notes of fresh butter, marzipan, toasted brioche, subtle vanilla, and sweet citrus peel. On the palate, it exhibits a full-bodied, vinous presence driven by the oak-aged Meunier, balanced effortlessly by a fine, creamy effervescence. A core of ripe orchard fruit and mandarin is structured by a tight, razor-sharp beam of pomelo acidity, leading to a long, dry, and distinctly mineral finish marked by savory salinity and delicate toasted spice.
