The Story

Les Fourches is a parcel of more than 35 years old, situated at Tauxières on the far side of the terroir of Bouzy, facing north. The pure expression of Chardonnay from north-facing terroirs on the chalky-clay hills of the Montagne de Reims.

 

Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay

 

Winemaking: Barrels and enamelled steel tanks, aging of reserve wines in oak casks.

Terroir: Premier Cru Tauxières
