The Story

This is a rich and full flavoured Shiraz delivering complex savoury characters. Dark fruits and red plum flavours, spice and licorice with a touch of briar and a charry oak finish.  The wine is supported by firm acid and fine grained tannins which give it length, balance and structure. This elegant wine will cellar well over the next 5 to 8 years.
