Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with slightly green-golden hue. Elegant nose with fragrant fruit, ripe pear, starfruit, a whiff of white blossoms. On the palate well balanced and structured with persistent mousseux and fine bubbles, discreet minerality, fruit quoting the nose with some lemon zest in the aftertaste. Convincing length.
