This release is the first ever Indomitable - the new name for our flagship wine. It wasn't easy to find a suitable name to grace the gold and black label of this special wine; we thought long and hard. Then one day it came to us, Indomitable - to never be out done or dominated. We thought this name not only said lot about this wine, but also embodied the spirit of our winery. As we have grown over the years, there have been the usual trials and tribulations of starting and nurturing a new business, but we always felt Indomitable! The blend is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 25% Merlot. We believe this is easily one of the best yet of our flagship wine. Because we put only the very best into this blend, we have made only 195 cases, far less than in previous years. So, consider yourself warned…this wine may sell out very quickly. Harvest Brix: 25 (average) PH: 3.76 Barrel Aging: 21 months Barrel Type: 100% New French Oak Alcohol: 14.6% Appellation: Columbia Valley Vineyard: Conner Lee, Stillwater Creek Production: 195 cases Release Date: February 2009
