Winemaking process:
Cold pre-fermentative maceration. Tank fermentation at 25 C . Post fermentative maceration during two weeks. Racking and natural malolactic fermentation in the oak barrels of second and third use with indigenous yeasts .
Ageing:
Twelve months in French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd use. use.

Alcohol: 14,90. pH: 3,57. Acidity: 5,50.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Brilliant and clean red ruby colour with violet hues.
Nose: TAt the beginning ripe fruit such as strawberries and plums, after this some typical Uco Valley floral notes appear, mainly violets. The lactic notes are a result of fermentation and oak ageing.
Mouth: Wine of medium intensity with soft and round tannins that spread in the whole mouth. Easy to drink, velvety, unctuous with a long and lingering finish.
