A white blend expressing the innovating touch of our Head Winemaker and our signature style. A wide and majestic blend that is the result of the combination of three grape varieties.
Vineyard: Gualtallary and Tupungato
Vineyard age: Gualtallary 20 years and Tupungato 35 years average
Altitude: Gualtallary 1230 meters and Tupungato 1150 meters
Variety: Chardonnay 50%, Semillón 35% and Sauvignon Blanc 15%
Ageing: In barrels. The Chardonnay is fermented in French oak barrels and kept for 8 months in contact with the fine lees.
Aging potential: 10 years
