The Story

The Brut Rosé Composition is an echo to our Brut Reserve considering the origins of our terroirs and plots being the flagship of our blending. Bottling remains the heart of the matter: the birth of effervescence. At this crucial step, we add a 15% of red wine. This former being elaborated from our best crus. A nice and elegant Cuvée de Rosé always comes from great vines, an incredibly ripe harvest and carefully selected grapes. An accurate vilification process starts. Our red wine (only black grapes) of Champagne is elaborated in small oak barrels whose consequently need a particular attention. This selective selection of crus as well as an exigent and demanding style allow our Chef de Caves to create, develop and enhance the wonderful and amazing style of our Brut Rosé.

Tasting notes
Its color is very close to those pinks tinted with salmon hints. It opens up in the glass to reveal deep aromas of small woodland strawberries followed by sparkling notes of blackcurrants and redcurrants, ending with more delicate spicy notes such as vanilla and cinnamon. The ring of beads is intense, creamy and long-lasting.
The olfactory perceptions turn into gustatory sensations full of freshness and delicacy convey by very tiny and fine bubbles. It leaves a memory of elegant fruitiness.

Food Pairing
A lively, fruity and fresh Champagne to enjoy as an aperitif with friends during summer time. This distinguished Rosé will wonderfully pair with a nice strawberry pie or a red-fruit berry soup. You can also share it with Mediterranean dishes as red mullets, paella of fishes or juicy lamb chops sparkled with herbs.

Light pink colour. Lovely freshness, charming, cranberry, floral. Dry, fresh, intense lively palate, good refreshing mousse, lean and pure. Light finish.
