The fruit is mostly from the south of Marg River with about 10% from Wilyabrup with they believe provide 'richness and boldness'. Mix of gin gin clones and others and also oak and tank ferments.
Very much a refined style. Delightfully seamless. Pristine grapefruit and nutty notes. Good length and should drink well for several years. Not an 'in your face' chardy style at all.
And if you like this, just wait till they release some from the pointy end of the spectrum. Fabulous, though of course, considerably more exy.
