The Story

Grapes from our own vineyards are selected and only those that are in optimum condition are brought into the winery. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels (50% new), where it is subsequently aged for 14 months, during which the wine the wine is racked several times to clean it using natural methods, avoiding further treatments. Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is brick red and medium. On the nose it is open, wide, generous and round. The taste is focused, toasty, and average in acidity, full-bodied, with balanced, well-structured, concentrated structure and developing. On the palate it is layered and has nutty, cherry, earthy, blackberry, toasty and chocolate flavours. The finish is long and gentle. This wine is well-rounded. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years and decant at least 1h before tasting.
