The Story
This wine is characterized by a traditional winemaking. After destemming and crushing, moderately long maceration takes place, and, after alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wines are racked and clarified slightly for transfer into barrels. The wine spends a year in 30.000 liter oak vats and about three years in American oak barrels of different ages.
