Wine Description
The Story
The Cattier Blanc de Noirs is made from a 100% pinot blend. This champagne, made primarily from pinot meunier grown on the Montagne de Reims, is the embodiment of classical champagne and Cattier’s house style. The large proportion of older wine and long stay in the cellar gives this champagne a remarkable aromatic complexity.
