Ruby. Paprika, cassis, vanilla and thyme nose, scented. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fresh, fruity, lively and detailed, elegant and refreshing, red and dark fruits. The herbal notes on the nose is not noticeable on the elegant palate, long. 92-94

Deep colour. Elderberry cassis lead pencil aromas. Sinuous wine with fresh elderberry, cassis-like fruit, graphite tannins and underlying toasty oak notes. Finishes muscular firm but long and sweet. Quite vigorous wine with tannins building up at the finish with mouthwatering acidity. Quite Italianesque. Tasted at the Union des Grand Crus. 93 points

Dark purple red with violet hue and black core. Very elegant character with fine fruit reminiscent of ripe blackcurrants, raspberries and mulberries. Elegant minerality and hints of toasting aroma adding to the wine's complexity, discreet spiciness in the background. On the palate elegant yet persistent with fine tannins and excellent length. 94
