The Story

The Raveneau name, and their trademark yellow wax capsule, is renowned for its consistency, artistry and longevity.

Written Notes

Is there a Chablis producer that reaches such exalted heights as Raveneau does so often? This might technically only be a Premier Cru but a really lovely textural wine. Lots off complexity Has that creamy texture with notes of matchstick, minerals and peaches and cream. Still fresh and good length. Has years ahead of it.

Pale lemon yellow, oysters, floral, citrus, sulphur. Creamy texture, elegant, fresh acidity, well balanced, refined and long.
