Written Notes

racking value Cabernet from elite vineyards in our leading region. Individual blocks are vinified separately. Fermentation is on skins, malo in tank and then 18 months of maturation in French oak barrels.

This is a dense purple with an alluring nose of black olives, dried herbs, florals and coffee beans, cloves, licorice, chocolate and rich cassis. The aniseed notes increase throughout the palate. Serious intensity here. Carefully textured, seamless and with excellent length through to silky tannins, this is still very young and has an exciting future. Will drink beautifully for the next 6 to 8 years. 94.
