The Story
This received a pre-fermentation cold maceration, then fermentation and maceration on the skins for more than 3 weeks. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were both in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. It was aged for at least twenty-four months in Slavonian oak casks, and then for two more years in bottle.
