The colour is an attractive pale garnet. This is quite a herbal, earthy style with notes of dried herbs and spices, with red fruits, raspberries and cherries, leaf litter and some fungal notes. It is a little straightforward but there are pleasant flavours, which are largely upfront. There is a touch of crunchy acidity evident and the wine will provide enjoyment over the next two to four years. 90.
