More heady spice and pepper with black fruit aromatics here. Lavender & liquorice too. Most ‘New-world of the reds so far. Good power and concentration, but showing balancing acidity and freshness, with a nice drying fruit tannin. The fuller body and concentration here justifies grilled red meat with rich sauces or even stews. Try grilled T-bone with Chimichurri sauce or Beef Carbonnade.
