Dark purple colour with violet hue and almost quite core. Rich yet refined nose with sweet fruit, ripe plums and black cherries, raspberries and hints of mara des bois complemented by mild spices and hints of piment d'Espelette. Elegant oak with subtle toasting aroma. On the palate ripe and well structured tannins, fine palate with excellent balance. A new style for Fombrauge with freshness rather than power.
