Joshua Tree Riesling 2025 ($25) – Some of the vines used for this very youthful but delightfully fresh Riesling from the Watervale sub-region date back to the 1930s. 

Pale lemon in colour, this is beautifully perfumed, with notes of lemon curd, spices, florals and grapefruit. A fine line of minerals and riverstones in the background as support. There is fine balance and bright acidity, which runs the full journey. Enjoy over the next ten to fifteen years. Stunning value. 94.
