Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with greenish hue. Aromatic nose with expressive aroma reminiscent of lychee and jasmine blossoms, ripe pineapple, hints of fresh apricots in the background. On the palate refined character with multi-layered taste, fragrant fruit, apricots and pineapple, in the background jasmine and lychee. Well structured with distinct, almost salty minerality, a whiff of flintstone, freshness and tension in the aftertaste. Excellent length.
