Bright, straw yellow colour. Open, fresh and aromatic "Jelly Bean" nose with rose petals, lime, grassiness and honeydew melon. The nose reminds of old vine grüner veltliners. The palate is broad and dry supported by moderate acidity and nice mineral mouthfeel with medium-body. Long lingering aftertaste shows sweeten touch by alcohol and gentle limey bite. Charmingly flavourful wine that serves best at 9-11°C with ginger and lime flavoured scampi pasta topped up with a good dose of fresh coriander.
