Wine Description
The Story
Location
This « vin de pays » results from vines planted on the most beautifully managed soils close to the area of the Loire castle, Touraine.
Soils
The vines are planted on 2 distinct areas from Touraine : - Chemery : calcareous soil, Angers sur cher : flint.
Vinification
The philosophy of the estate is to let nature take its course as much as possible. The juices are fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks with thermoregulation.
Tastings
“Attitude” has a beautiful freshness in mouth, a frank attack, delicate green and lemon flavours, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi aromas. The minerality gives a long finish to the wine, a smoothness and elegance – characteristics of all of Pascal Jolivet’s wines.
Food & Wine Matching
Very pleasant with or without food, in particular with seafood, asparagus, roasted fish and goat’s milk cheese. “Attitude” is the epitome of Pascal Jolivet’s style of wines. It has international appeal and characterises the evolution of a new generation of Sauvignon Blanc consumers.
