The Story

Pepperjack’s brand essence is one of rugged sophistication - a unique, rich wine, yet unpretentious and casual. Pepperjack offers consistency and confidence for lovers of red wine, making it a respected brand and go-to for gifts, casual drinking and food accompaniments. Pepperjack is a bold, rich, Barossa red with the backbone to stand up to a great steak.

After crushing and destemming, the parcels of fruit were fermented separately in traditional style fermenters. The wines were gently pressed, racked and transferred partially into tank and oak before blending and bottling.. A medley of lifted aromas of fresh fruits of dark cherry, mulberry and ripe raspberries.

The Palate shows flavours of ripe raspberry and cranberry fruits with silky tannins which give length ad finesse while finishing soft and full of flavour.
