The Story
The Ott is usually vinified from the young plants of the top locations, while the old vines provide the grapes for the first layers. In 2014, however, without exception, the best grapes from the top locations Spiegel, Stein and Rosenberg were used for him.
Wine Information
Biodynamic. The fully ripened grapes were read by hand in several rounds at the beginning of October 2016, spontaneously fermented in steel tanks after several hours of maceration and left on the lees until bottling in mid-April 2017.
