Larochen tuotanto Chilessä alkoi talon hankkiessa Punto Alto -viinitilan vuonna 2000. Tila sijaitsee ihanteellisesti Casablancan ja Maipon laaksojen välissä. Larochella on viljelyksiä kummallakin näistä klassisista alueista. Viinintekijänä toimii nuoren polven tunnetuimpia tekijöitä uudessa maailmassa, Julian Grubb.
