The flagship prestige cuvée from Champagne Boizel, this 2014 Pure Chardonnay (Blanc de Blancs) is crafted exclusively from top Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs (including Avize, Chouilly, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger) and aged for nearly a decade on its lees.
The nose is luminous, sophisticated, and deeply mineral, unwinding with aromas of candied lemon peel, white peach, and acacia blossom, seamlessly integrated with rich autolytic layers of toasted brioche, fresh butter, roasted hazelnuts, and a distinct stream of crushed-chalk minerality. On the palate, the wine enters with silkiness and intense, crystalline drive. A hyper-fine, persistent mousse carries a concentrated core of citrus oil and ripe stone fruit across the mid-palate, held tightly in alignment by a bright, chiseled spine of natural acidity that reflects the precision of the 2014 vintage. It finishes with aristocratic length and tension, leaving a long, bone-dry trail of lime zest, chalky salinity, and toasted almond skin.
