The Story

Blend: 82 % Pinot Noir, 18 % Pinot Meunier

The colour is a brilliant pale gold; the mousse is lively but creamy, forming a delicate but persistent stream of bubbles. The nose is fresh and reminiscent of stone fruits with a touch of barley sugar. On the palate, the wine is lively but gentle with the stone fruit notes more clearly defined as hints of apricot, white peach and wild peaches leading to touches of bay, eucalyptus and blond tobacco on the finish. The spontaneity and charm of this Brut Champagne make it a natural temptation anytime, day or night.

Food and wine matching:
Ideal on its own, it can also go very well with cold canapés such as mini-brochettes of fresh fruit, cherries or crystallised ginger.
