The Story
This vintage cuvee is the expression of a particular harvest year.
It represents the perfect symbiosis between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, harmonised within this cuvee to express the structure and finesse of our Champagne wines. The almost discreet nose reveals great finesse while the attack is frank. Minerality finds its full expression with no trace of oak. The finish seems never-ending.

A cold winter and springtime frosts laid the foundations for this vintage of abundant yields (12,997 kg/ha). Uneventful flowering was followed by exceptionally hot and sunny weather, which lasted until August. A dank August left producers fearful but fortunately warm, bright conditions in September redressed the balance.
