Written Notes

Latour-a-Pomerol: 100% Merlot. Fragrant cherries and violets. It was well-defined and elegant on the palate. Lively with crunchy fruit and velvety tannin. Persistent aftertaste. 92-93p.

  • 93p

Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. Fragrant nose with floral hints and elegant spiciness, backed by ripe blackberries and plums. Subtle oak in the background. On the palate well structured and concentrated with firm yet ripe tannins, fine acidity, elegant fruit and distinct spiciness with noble oak in the background. Very convincing length.
