Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with slightly green hue. Refined nose with very discreet oak influence, hints of balmy spices yet expressive aroma reminiscent of brioche, vanilla and hazelnuts. Honeysuckle and Wisteria in the background. Complemented by ripe apple and hints of apple peel. On the palate fine mousseux, restrained fruit and discreet spiciness, fine finish with good length and hints of aromatic herbs.
