The nose begins with the toasted topping of crème brulee and meringue before the wine continues with time in the glass to open and build in intensity. Flavours of strawberry and cherry emerge. A great example of both power and freshness on the palate. Flavours of mandarin, & pastry proceed to a finish which is long and balanced and which introduces a flavour of vanilla.
