Apartado” coming from the Spanish verb “apartar”, which means “that is set apart” or “set aside” from the rest. The composition of the wines varies each year depending on the best barrels of the harvest. The Apartado range represents the true richness of the vineyards in the Uco Valley. VARIETALS: 90% Chardonnay, 7% Semillón, 3% Pinot Grigio. VINEYARDS: Chardonnay from Tupungato, Semillón from Tupungato, Pinot Grigio from La Consulta, Mendoza. MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION: 50%.
