Surprisingly evolved wine with very elegant and refined powdery tannic structure. The wine has spirity aftertaste which is pushing slightly over the other components. Nevermind, still lovely wine with nice balance. Serve gently chilled 17C and decant for 1.5 hours. Drink now to 2020. Serve with Roasted Beef with creamy truffle pasta.
