More concentration here. Cab’s leafy spice and cedar combines with dark fruit and sweet spice and well integrated oak. Good fruit purity. Iodine, liquorice, black olive tapenade, tea leaf. Finish is slightly phenolic – needing more time or decanting. Once again the fresh acidity and lightness to the mid palate that shows in all these wines. Pair with fatty lamb dishes like loin chops with rosemary or Napoletana pizza / pasta
