Tasting notes: The mousse is abundant when served, then forms an immaculate carpet of fine bubbles. The lively effervescence keeps this creamy mousse permanent. The color is a deep pink with salmon undertones. The wine is limpid. The nose is of excellent ripe fruitiness. Raspberry aromas dominate the nose. Airing reveals notes of cherries in light syrup. In the mouth, the fruit literally explodes and pleasantly lines the taste buds. The cherry perceived on the nose turns into a cherry on the palate, giving the latter exceptional length. The finish is round and supple.
A rosé whose fruitiness evokes the best bleeding rosés. An ideal rosé champagne for meals. It should also allow surprising pairings with desserts.
