The Story
The cuvée Rosé is a basket of ripe fruit. A very aromatic champagne whose unusual profile will seduce you.
Blend: 100% Pinot Noir (saignée method, long skin maceration)
Aging: on lees 10 years
Tasting note: The wine's ruby red colour with orange shimmers gives it a great depth. Its nose is evocative of blackberry, blackcurrant, blood orange and cherry. Its suave mouth brings forth aromas of stewed red and black fruits. The finale
is distinctly vinous.

"Derived entirely from the 2008 vintage and disgorged in 2019 with 4.5 grams per liter dosage, the NV Brut Rosé de Saignée exhibits a deep bouquet of red berries, licorice, forest floor and spices.
