Our family-owned winery is nestled in the foothills of the Palisades, just outside Calistoga, Napa Valley, where we are dedicated to producing true-to-varietal wines from exceptional vineyard sources.

Working alongside our talented winemaking team led by Tony Biagi and Jesse Fox, together we bring decades of relationships with outstanding growers that, combined with their craftsmanship, result in elegant, balanced, expressive wines made to be enjoyed among friends.

We strive to create the most natural, elegant, balanced expression possible in Amici Cellars’ wines. We follow the belief that winemaking begins in the vineyard; a blend of the soil, climate and people who farm it. Our winemaking team is fastidious and precise in handling each vineyard, each vintage.

There is no never and always; there are no blanket assumptions. “Our goal is to maintain the distinct character of both grape and vineyard,” winemaker Anthony Biagi says. We achieve this through individual fermentations and aging protocol for each lot before blending.

“Overall, our philosophy is about making decisions based on what the vintage and the vineyard tell us,” adds winemaker Jesse Fox. “At the end of the day, we want to make wines that are delicious now and will age for decades to come.”
